The water available to fill our tanks at Puerto Escondito comes from a spring and flows out of the mountains cool and clean. There is an old tap on the shore and we came here often to refill

North of Lapaz, a Mexican Fish Camp


Typical Mexican fish camp in Baja. This is far from civilization, no computers, no bank machines, no phones. We depended on cell phone coverage for email, and here coverage was non-existent. Once we got cell coverage from Hermosilla, 80 miles away.(pre-GSM days!)
