Even in a big rain we can cook outside. In this photo above you can see, if you look closely, the smoke from my chicken cooking while arrond us boats are reeling from the storm.
I noticed the hose from our water catcher had fallen off. See how much water is coming in?

After the Hurricane passed there were two boats agound. Neither were salvable.

Our boat project included some work in the galley, Judy's specialty. She took everything out of the whole area and climbed up there to get to work. Nice job Judy, now how do you get down?

This summer we used our bug screens on all the hatches and windows and they worked to keep out flies, mozzies, and No-See-ums, but... they are getting old. We made them in 1997! I dug out the left over material (from 1997) and it looks fine. We'll sew some new ones and expect them to last another 25 years (if only we will ourselves).
