When the Vultures or Frigate Birds spot a thermal, (usually when they see one or more birds floating skywards, they race towards it.

High in the sky

Once the thermal is in effect, the birds just get higher and higher

Pelicans

The Pelicans, however, do not soar.

Pool at Crew's Inn

Most mornings, at 7:00 AM, we go to the pool for a swim. When we are doing boat projects this exercise makes us feel good all day.
